Psychedelic Preparation Session

Service Description

For this session, I employ a harm reduction approach to the consumption of psychedelic substances, where I create a safe space for open communication and provide you with support on how to move forward with your intended plan. We will discuss your: - Intentions (reason for use: e.g. to move through grief, to have fun, to redirect life goals) - Motivations (Are you trying to move towards or away from something?) - Goals (e.g. to connect more fully with others, to heal a deep wound, to take a break from the demands of life) - Expectations (assumptions you may have coming in as well as what to expect moving forward with this process) Together we will come up with best practices for you and what you can expect when entering the space, whether recreational, ceremonial or anywhere in between. We will discuss potential setbacks and plan around them to make sure you are making the most of your experience while maximizing safety. I may employ transit astrology to check for opportune topics that may show up during your experience, depending on your intention for the journey as well as your desire to address anything specific. I may also assign homework so please let me know if you are not open to this. Three preparation sessions is the standard, but depending on your experience and comfort level, you may only need one.
